Everett, Pa., May 18--Mrs. Ella (Jay) Morgart, 70, widow of William Morgart, died on Saturday afternoon. She was a daughter of Samuel and Margaret (Conrad) Jay.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. William Howsare, Artemas, and Mrs. Maria Lee, Centerville, and seven children--Mrs. Sally DeRue, Everett; Mrs. William Rowe, Defiance; Robert and Charles, both of Everett; Mrs. Simon Barnes, Lutzville; Mrs. Roy Welsh, Bedford, and Allen, Salem, O.

Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon.
