Dora Packard Ghiradelli was born to Franklin (Frank Howard) and Louisa (Morris) Packard. She was Louisa's first and only child. She was Franklin's second daughter. Dora was predeceased by her half-brother William Packard who died as an infant and her half-sister Minnie Packard McManus who died in 1923. William and Minnie were twins. Her father's stage name was Frank Howard. He was a tattoo performance artist and owned a tattoo shop in Boston, Massachusetts. Dora did not follow in her father's footsteps. He died in 1925. Dora grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She married Andrew Ghiradelli in 1944. Late in life she moved to Boynton Beach, Florida which is where she died in 2013. She was cremated, as was her husband.
