Mrs. Veal, a native of Hancock County, had lived in Milledgeville for 10 years and was a Methodist.
Survivors include three sons, Frank Veal, Floyd Veal and Marion Veal, all of Milledgeville; four daughters, Mrs. Julia Brookins of Evans, Ga., Mrs. Shervie Knowles and Mrs. Albert Wiley, both of Hardwick, Mrs. Gene Resseau of Eatonton; a sister, Mrs. Zell Epps of Sparta; 15 grandchildren.
The body will be in the church at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Moores Funeral Home of Milledgeville has charge of arrangements.
