Billy Ray Epps, 65, died Monday, April 15, 2002
Mr. Epps was the son of the Late John Epps and Grace Blackmon Epps. He retired from General Cable in 1992 and was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church.
Services will be at 2p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, with the Revs. Frank Johnson and Asa Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Lou Pursley Epps, two daughters, Rhonda Collins, Nicholson; and Lesia Weaber, Statham; a son, Keith Epps, Homer; a sister, Jeanette Smith, Winterville; a brother Johnny Epps, Watkinsville; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and four step-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Vista Care, 767 Oglethorpe Ave., Athens, GA 30606
