Funeral services for Mrs. Hester Tennessee Howard, 76, who died Monday in an Ardmore hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Wilson. The pastor, the Rev. Forrest Wicks, will officiate.
Burial directed by Leslie Funeral Home of Wilson, will be in the Hewitt cemetery.
Mrs. Howard was born Aug 25, 1887 in Scott County, Ark. and had resided in the Wilson area more than 54 years. Her husband, William M., a farmer, died in 1960.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Mrs. Agnes (Orval) Jones, Ardmore, Mrs. Inez Quinn, Wilson, J.T. of Ryan; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
