Born May 23rd, 1952 in Owego, he was the son of Delbert and Leona Simons Henson.
Mr. Henson was a graduate of the Waverly school system.
He was an avid golfer.
Mr. Henson had been employed by Schweitzer Aircraft in Big Flats as a loftsman for the past 10 years.
He is survived by his parents of Waverly; one son, Christopher Henson of Waverly; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Connie Henson of Waverly and Donald and Lucille Henson of Sayre; brothers Keith Henson of Tioga Center and Glenn Henson of Waverly; four sisters, Mrs. Harold (Robin) Corby of Barton, Terri Goble of Lockwood and Kim Henson and Janet Sandroni, both of Waverly; his fiancee, Anita Robbins, of Catlin, N.Y.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Henson was predeceased by sisters, Barbara Henson and Linda Henson Wilson; a brother, Dennis Henson; and two children, Jenelle and Paul Jr.
Friends may call Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Luckner Funeral Home, 449 Park Ave., Waverly.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Herbert Bowen, pastor of the Waverly United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Waverly.
