Nina was the daughter of Raymond and Bessie Blackner. A lover of knowledge, she graduated as class valedictorian of her high school class, and later received her psychiatric nursing certification in Norwalk, California. When she was young, she received a scholarship to college, but turned it down to marry Benjamin Bruce Hull, at the age of 19. She lived in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Washington, and raised her family in Rockland, Idaho. She served two missions with the LDS Church, in Tennessee and in Oklahoma. She belonged to a singing group for years, and enjoyed music, playing the violin, and having the lead singing role of Snow White in a school play. She wrote stories and poems, many of which won awards. She loved sunsets and raised a large garden. She loved to can vegetables, embroider, and crochet. Her husband passed away in 1998. They had 7 daughters, 56 grandchildren, 212 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Note from Contributor L. McKeown: a very kind volunteer let me know that she is probably not buried in this cemetery, as she is not listed in the sexton's book.
