Berniece Williamson, 83, of 518 W. State St., Astoria, formerly of Prairie City, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2001, at Astoria Manor in Astoria.

Born Feb. 8, 1918, in Farmington to James Sr. and Emma Mae Handley Bollinger, she married Doyle R. Williamson on March 7, 1936, in Lewistown. He survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Michael (and Wilma) of Milan, Dwayne (and Carol) of Wooster, Ohio, and Gary (and Sandy) of Mesa, Ariz.; one daughter, Maxine (and Arthur) Bucher of Astoria; two brothers, Robert Bollinger of Farmington and Franklin Bollinger of El Cajon, Calif.; and three sisters, Edna Colvin and Juanita Hartzog, both of Farmington, and Eileen Wilcoxen of Knoxville.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Marilyn Fosdyck, six brothers and four sisters.

She was a homemaker.

Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery.
