Pauline Pantalone, 76, passed away on May 25, 2013 at her home in West Valley City, Utah after a six month courageous battle with cancer. She was born on February 19, 1937 in Copperfield/Bingham Canyon, Utah to John and Sophie Melich Pantalone. She was the youngest of eight children. Pauline graduated from Bingham High School in 1955 and enjoyed her monthly luncheons with some of her classmates. Pauline started her career with K-Mart as a part-time employee and retired as a Retail Manager. After retirement she worked part-time at the Kearns/Magna Liquor Store. Pauline lived an adventurous life and did things the way she wanted. She was the life of the party! Her contagious laugh is something we will never forget. She loved to go to Wendover, was an avid Jazz fan and proud supporter of the U of U Utes. She enjoyed her time with the members of the pinochle club. She was proud to be a member in the LGBT Community, was crowned Emperor of the Royal Court in 1994.
Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, Anne, John Jr., Elmer, Frances, Dorothy, Doreen and Shirley; four nephews; three nieces; one great great niece; Snorkles and Stoney. A special thanks to her family, friends and neighbors, Linda, Art and wife Linda, for all their support. She loved us all.
Her wishes were to be cremated and buried with her mother. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
