Annie Pantalone Maxwell, 71, our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, died September 9, 1993.

Born May 30, 1922 in Tobasco, Colorado to John and Sophie Melich Pantalone. Married Leonard A. Johnson in Bingham Canyon, Utah on October 4, 1941. He preceded her in death. Married Edwin Lyle Maxwell; they later divorced.

Annie loved animals and enjoyed bowling and playing Bingo. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church.

Survived by son, John "Lennie" Johnson, Phoenix, Arizona; daughters, Connie R. Page, Murray; Kathy Olson and husband Butch, Kearns; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Robinette, Mesa, Arizona; Shirley Maynard, Midvale; Pauline Pantalone, West Valley City. Preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer; also, two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 14, 1993 at 10 a.m. in St. Therese Catholic Church, 75 East Lennox Street, Midvale. Vigil service will be held Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State, Midvale, where friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9-9:45 a.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
