1911 May 1: Annie was entombed in North Burial Ground in Providence Rhode Island on the same day as Frank's father, William Packard. Cemetery records state that Franklin Howard Packard was the proprietor of the tomb and his address was 153 Court St--his Boston tattoo shop. The tomb location is Lot 4119 Group 25NE.
