CUPP, A. Margaret Age 89, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 15, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on January 13, 1925, the daughter of Howard Homer and Mary Frances (Cummins) Frybarger. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1942. On September 14, 1944 in Hamilton, she was united in marriage to Frederick F. Cupp, then a Sergeant in the U. S. Army Air Corps. Margaret was employed by Elder-Beerman in Hamilton in Men's Clothing until the store's closing. She also worked the Butler County Elections polls from 1951 until 2007. She was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary and American Legion Post #138 Auxiliary. Margaret was also an honor member of the Liberty Home German Society (Deutscher Hausuerein) and the Edelweiss Ladies Auxiliary, The John Reily Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of American Colonists, Ohio Society United States Daughters of 1812, Daughters of Union Veterans of The Civil War 1861-1865, Ladies of the Grand Army of The Republic, First Families of Ohio, First Families of Hamilton County, Ohio, Jamestown Society, and was the first registered member of the Pioneer Family Society of The Hamilton Bicentennial Commission. Margaret is survived by her son, Michael Cupp, Hamilton; grandson, Frederick M. Cupp, Hamilton; granddaughter, Valerie M. Ferrell and great granddaughters, Taylor, Olivia and Sydney all of Fairfield and her "adopted son" Patrick Moeller, Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Fred Cupp, brothers, Daniel H. Frybarger, James C. Frybarger and sister, Erma Jean Frybarger Miller. Private funeral services will be held at Weigel Funeral Home on Thursday, June 19, 2014 with St. Julie Billiart Deacon, Tom Strodtbeck officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
