Miss Alice Farnsworth 28 years old, 1025 Weller street, died at 2 p.m. Friday at the home of her brother, James Farnsworth, in Centerville.

She is survived by four brothers, James of Centerville, Roy Farnsworth of Centerville and Frank and Edward Farnsworth of Ottumwa, and by three sisters, Mrs. Jesse Edwards of Mokane, Mo., Mrs. Ruth Dershem of Des Moines and Mrs. Jennie Shaw of Centerville.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday in the Lester Jay funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Roy C. Leeds of the Davis Street Christian church. Burial will be in the Shaul cemetery.
