The former Cordula Behnke was born Feb. 27, 1922 in the town of Rantoul, a daughter of Fred and Alice Kleinow Behnke.
On April 14, 1941, she and Walter Maile were married in Brillion. She worked at the Ariens Co. in Brillion and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion.
Survivors are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Boll of Chilton, Mrs. Cordula Allen of R. 1, Brillion, and Laurie, at home; four sons, Elliot of Brillion; Ronald of Reedsville and Melroy and Dennis, both at home; six grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Krepline and Mrs. Milton Lau, both of Reedsville and Wilmer Behnke of Route 2, Brillion. She was preceded in death by one daughter, one son and one sister.
Funeral services were held Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion, with the Rev. Terry Deters pastor officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
