He was born in the town of Chilton, May 5, 1903, a son of the late August and Caroline Olson Lehner.
Mr. Lehner was employed as an electrician for the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation at Chilton, St. Cloud and Kiel for many years. He had worked in the Manitowoc shipyards during World War II until inducted in the US Army.
After receiving his discharge from the army he was employed by the Chilton Water and Sewage Department.
He was a member of the Chilton Fire Department for many years and the Grassold-Schmidlkofer American Legion Post, Chilton.
Survivors are a brother, Carl of Dinuba, California, and nieces and nephews. A brother and a sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services were at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton. The Rev. Joe Anderson, pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Chilton, officiated. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery there.
