Ed H. Woltzen, 72, Benson, Is Stricken At Church Meeting
Funeral Tuesday at St Peter's Lutheran Church

Edward Henry Woltzen, 72, died at 3:30 p.m. last Sunday, at the annual meeting of St Peter's Lutheran church west of Benson. A doctor said death as caused by coronary thrombosis.

Mr Woltzen was born Sept. 10, 1882, in Roanoke township. the son of Albert and Fanny Saathoff Woltzen. On March 7, 1912, he married Emma Harms. She preceded him in death, as did four sisters and two brothers.

Surviving are two brothers, Elick of Benson, and Albert of Wolcott, Ind.; and four sisters, Mrs Sena Moritz of Flanagan, Mrs Harm Tjaden and Mrs Rosena Hinrichs, both of Benson, and Mrs Hemicke Moritz, also of Benson, with whom he had made his home.

He was a member of St Peter's Lutheran church and St Peter's Brotherhood.
