Funeral services for Mrs Carrie Rudy Reingardt, 80, of Iowa Falls, sister of Mrs Hazel Wilkening and Mrs Goldie Obrecht of State Center were held Wednesday at Iowa Falls with burial in Union Cemetery.
She was born December 19, 1888 at Cooksville, Illinois, a daughter of William and Sarah Etnier Arnold. She married Henry Reingardt at Colo on February 12, 1905. The couple farmed in the Iowa Falls vicinity until moving to town in 1946.
Surviving are two sons, four daughters, 22 grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs Opal Ernest of Marshalltown, Mrs Obrecht and Mrs Wilkening.
Her husband, a sister, a grandchild and a great grandchild preceded her in death.
