Passed away in the city on Friday, April 6th, 1984, Mrs. Eliza Aitken at the age of 87 years of the Blue Sky Lodge, Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late William Watt Aitken.
Born in England, the late Mrs. Aitken came to Lethbridge in 1909 and has resided here until her passing. She was a life long member of the "Women of the Moose"; and a member of the 1914-1918 Veteran's Association.
Mrs. Aitken is survived by one son, Earl Cameron Aitken of Lethbridge; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth L.P. McTighe of Lethbridge; 19 grandchildren and ?? great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William in 1964.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10th, 1984 in St. Augustine's Anglican Church with Father William Duff officiating. CREMATION. Those who wish may donate to the St. Augustine's Anglican Church memorial Fund.
