Harold E. Seevers
Harold Evert Seevers, 72, of Route 2, Belleville, W.Va., died Saturday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
Seevers was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, a son of Carie Seevers of East Liverpool and the late Frank Seevers. He was employed by the Wood County Board of Education and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Seevers, one sister, Myra Tice of East Liverpool, Ohio; one brother, Frank Seevers of Pennsylvania.
Seevers was a donor and his body was taken to the West Virginia University Medical Center.
Harold Evert Seevers, was born September 13, 1910 in East Liverpool. He died Saturday, March 12, 1983 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
His mother was Carrie Vermillion Cheek Seevers, his father was the late Ira Frank Seevers. His wife was the former Dorothy "Dot" Lucas, whom he married on March 12, 1949. Harold died on his & Dot's 34th wedding anniversary.
He was the father of Harold Theodore "Ted" Seevers, Robert Earl Seevers, Donna Jean Seevers Murray Myers, Thomas Edward Seevers, and The Honorable Judge Gerald Wayne Seevers. He was estranged from his children at the time of his death.
