Funeral of Former Layton Woman to Be Held This Afternoon
Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Catherine Morgan Bosworth are being held this afternoon in the Kaysville tabernacle under the direction of the East Layton ward bishopric.
Mrs. Bosworth, wife of Brigham Bosworth, died at her home in Pocatello, Idaho, last Sunday following a five weeks illness of typhoid fever. She was a native of Layton and had been a resident of Idaho for the past twenty years; moving to Pocatello a year ago from Preston. She was active in the L.D.S. Third ward prior to her illness. She was born February 22, 1890 in Layton.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward T. Morgan, Layton, and eight sons and daughters, Grant, Seth, Cleon, Oleve, Catherine, William, Zane, and Joyce Bosworth, Pocatello; six sisters and brothers, Mrs. L. B. Blamires, Jerome, Idaho; Mrs. Merrill Scoffield, Mrs. B. J. Nalder, George E., Vernon R., and Curtis P. Morgan, Layton.
