Mrs Ruby Burrows

Mrs. Ruby Burrrow of Whitechurch passed away in Wingham hospital after a lenthy illness on February 8, 1973.
Born on the second of Bruce on Decemmber 21, 1908, Ruby was the daughter of the late Alexander MacSween and Elvira Liddicoat.
As a young girl she moved to Kincardine with her family and lived in town until 1949 when she married Arthur Burrows of Glammis.
Mr. and Mrs. Burrows had lived in Whitechurch for the last eight years.

She is surved by her husband Arthur, a brother Roy of Wingham and five sisters: Mrs. Mary MacLeod of Wingham; Mrs Murdena MacDonald, Kincardine; Mrs. Annie Sinclair, Kincardine; Mrs. Kate MacDonald, Kincardine; Mrs. Betty O'Brien, Kincardine. She was pre-deceased by three brothers.

The funeral service was hled February 10 from the Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine. Reverend James Weir conducted the service.
Pallbearers were Terrence O'Brien, Don MacLeod, Lawrence Husk, Cecil Garniss and Clarence Adams. Flowerbeareres were Sean O'Brien, Terry O'Brien, Bill MacSween and Gary MacSween.
