Albany, Minn. – Mrs. Alex (Gertrude) Baggenstoss, 86, died Friday in the Albany Community Hospital.

She was born in 1884 in Maple Lake, Minnesota.

Survivors include her husband, Alex; and children, Vernon, Louis, and Graydon, Albany, Minn.; Mrs. Donald (Erma) David, Mrs. Donald (Daisy) Donkers, Faribault, Minn.; Mrs. Russell (June) Everson, Bellevue, Wash.; Harold, Bemidji, Minn.; Elvin, Minneapolis; Gordon, Portland, Ore.; and Lloyd, Atlantic, Iowa. There are 40 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

One son, Jake, preceded in her in death.

She was a member of a member of the Legion Auxiliary, Albany; V.F.W. Auxiliary, Melrose, Minn.; Gold Star Mothers, Christian Mothers Society, Mass Fund, and four mission groups.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Seven Dolors Church with burial in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call at Schaefer Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
