June Minnie Everson, 96, of Bellevue, WA passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012. She was born to Gertrude and Alexander Baggenstoss on November 24, 1915 in Albany, Minnesota. She grew up in Albany on the family farm with her 10 brothers and sisters. She attended elementary school in Albany and graduated from Albany High School in 1937.

Upon high school graduation, she found work in Bemidji, MN where she met and married Russell Everson on February 12, 1941. They were happily married for 65 years. She was preceeeded in death by Russell on May 24, 2006. Throughout her life, she worked at home caring for her family and household.

Survivors include her two daughters Nancy Witt (Bill) of Salem, OR and Patsy Smith of Bellevue, WA; her grandchildren, Alexis Kipp (Curt) and Rachel Witt; and a sister, Daisy Donkers, residing in MN.

A memorial service will be held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Bellevue, WA on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Lutheran Home Ministry or Pilgrim Altar Guild. Please share favorite memories at www.sunsethillsfuneralhome.com
