William Oscar Shough, 80, well known retired school teacher, of Gilmore Township, died at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 1951.
Born March 31, 1870, he was a son of George W. and Martha Jane Gidley Shough, he lived his life in Gilmore Township. Educated in the public schools and Waynesburg College, he taught school in the county until his retirement from the profession a few years ago. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Charles V. Garrison of Waynesburg, and four brothers, Lot Shough of Aleppo, Phillip Shough of Hundred, W. Va., Howard and Charles Shough of Garrrison
