Funeral services for Augusta Moore, 86, of Rosenberg, are scheduled 2 p.m. Friday at Garmany & Carden Chapel in Rosenberg. The Rev. David Davidson will officiate, with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Moore died Aug. 4 at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 23, 1906 in Moulton. She did volunteer work at Richmond State School and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg.
Survivors include her son, James R. Moore of Houston; a daughter and her husband, Elaine Moore Johnson and B. Larry Johnson of Fort Worth; a grandson, Barry Leonard Johnson of Fort Worth; a granddaughter, Sandra Gail Johnson of Fort Worth; and two brothers, Frankie Fillip and Charlie Fillip, both of Moulton.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg.
