Funeral services for Russell Leonard Moore, 79, of Rosenberg, were held Sunday afternoon at Garmany & Carden's Rosenberg chapel. Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery. Moore died Friday at a Houston hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Augusta Moore of Rosenberg; one daughter, Elaine Johnson of Forth Worth; one son, James Moore of Houston; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Rosenberg.
