JoEllen (Tingle) Bailey, 60 of Belah, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at her residence in Belah, Louisiana.
Born Friday, November 7, 1952 in Jena, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late C.W. Tingle and Agnas (Whatley) Tingle.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband William "Bill" Bailey. Two sons Jonathan Tingle and Boone Kethens,Jr.,two brothers, Horace Tingle and Lester Tingle, one sister, Carolyn DeKeyzer, and one grandchild.
She was predeceased by her parents and a son Paul Layne Breland, and a brother Cilton Tingle.
Services will be at 4:00 PM on Monday, August 26, 2013 at Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home with Paul Daily, Mickey Cockerham and Rev. Rick Feasel officiating. Interment will follow in the Jena Cemetery, Jena, LA.
Friends may call in the funeral home Sunday, August 25,2013 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and on Monday from 8:30AM until service.
