Agnes Jesse Tingle, 81, of Jena, died Thursday, August 17, 2006, at the Rapides Regional Medical Center with her loving family by her side.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Fred Summers and David Hoffpauir officiating.
Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
Survivors include her husband, C.W. Tingle of Jena; three sons, Cilton Tingle, Lester Tingle, and Horace Tingle, all of Jena; two daughters, Carolyn Dekeyser of Alexandria, and Jo Ellen Bailey of Trout; 12 grandchildren, Marie Barrilleaux, Justin Dekeyser, Peter Dekeyser, Paula Ashworth, Stevie Tingle, Michael Tingle, Dannon Tingle, Lainie Tingle, Jacob Tingle, Jonathan Tingle, Paul Breland and Charles Boone Ketchins; 17 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and several step-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were her grandson[s]: Justin Dekeyser, Peter Dekeyser, Stevie Tingle, Michael Tingle, Dannon Tingle, Jacob Tingle, Boone Ketchins, and Paul Breland, with Jonathan Tingle serving as an honorary pallbearer.
