Channing, Oct. 26 - Mrs. Eliza H. Ratliff, 88, who came to the Texas Panhandle 64 years ago, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Milbourne. Funeral services were held here this afternoon.
Born in Tennessee, Mrs. Ratliff came to Texas in 1873.
