Mrs. Martha Jane Wray Williamson, 93, of Mackay Rd., Jamestown, formerly of Oak Grove Ave., Greensboro, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1996, at Wesley Long Nursing Center.

Mrs. Williamson was a native of Guilford County, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Bessemer Baptist Church, the Fellowship Club, and Winsome Bible Sunday School Class.

Surviving are her daughters, Jane Gamble and Betty Miller, both of Greensboro; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; brothers, J.B. 'Ham' Wray of Greensboro, Albert Wray of Browns Summit, and Sidney L. Wray of Greensboro; sisters, Nezzie McCauley, Sallie Wray, Emily VonCannon, Joy Jarvis, and Peggy McClellan, all of Greensboro.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Betty Miller, 3903 Lawndale Dr. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 1996, at Bessemer Baptist Church. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Bessemer Baptist Church Building Fund, 2812 E. Bessemer Ave., Greensboro, N.C. 27405.
