Bobby Ray Caffey 38, of Arlington died Saturday in an Arlington hospital. Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Monday in the Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Arlington. Burial was in the Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Arlington.

Born April 30, 1940 in Colorado City, he was a mechanic for Braniff Airlines. He was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church in Colorado City.

He had lived in Arlington for 14 years.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce; a daughter, Lisa Caffey of Monahans; three sons, Mark and Chris of the home and Stephen of Monahans; his mother, Pearl Caffey of Arlington; two sisters, Mrs. Archie L. Roberts of Houston and Virginia Hanley of California; three brothers, Clifton of Midland, Bill of California and Jack of Arlington; seven nieces, two nephews and one great nephew.
