Mrs. Isabelle Lamoreux, a life-long resident of this community, succumbed on Saturday evening to an extended illness at Fond du Lac. She attained the age of 69 years.


The deceased was born in Fond du Lac on May 23, 1870, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Husting, pioneer settlers of this community. She was a grand-daughter of Solomon Juneau, founder of Milwaukee, and an early settler of Theresa. Mrs. Lamoreux attended the local schools and St. Catherine's academy at Racine.


In 1895 she was married to Courtney W. Lamoreux, who was an attorney here and served several terms as county judge. They were the parents of two daughters, Vera, Mrs. Erwin Hamm of this city, and Marion, Mrs. Clarence Haucke of Algoma. Mr. Lamoreux passed away in 1916.


Surviving the deceased are the two daughters and four brothers, B. J. Husting, this city; Max, of Chicago; Leo and Gustav of Madison, and a grandson. Three brothers, Paul, Otto, and Bonduel preceded Mrs. Lamoreux in death.


Last rites were conducted on Tuesday morning from the Koepsell & Gruber funeral home to St. Mary's Catholic church. The ceremony was conducted by Father Louis, and interment was made in Graceland cemetery.

M. Dusel, Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Gitzinger, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Voight, Iron Ridge; Miss Clara M. Lueck, Mrs. Eleanor Ryder, Juneau; Mrs. A. H.
