Langston, Charlene, 83 of Clinton, passed away May 31, 2013 at her home. She was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Mossie Burton; husband, Bill Langston; brothers, Johnny Burton, Benny Burton and Jimmy Burton; sisters, Marie Carden, Elizabeth Sharp and Ann Halcomb.
She is survived by her daughters, Rita Duff and husband Joe, Joanie Wilson and husband Butch; grandchildren, Billie Langston, Angie Partin, Amy Justice and husband Roger, Lindsey Spurlock and husband Brad; great grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Josh, Alexis, Sydney, Zackary, Macartney, Lennon and Harrison; sisters, Wanda Cox and husband Frank, Janie Shepherd, Sue Foust, Kay Webb; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
