Mrs. G. W. Painter died at her home in Cloe at 2:15 Thursday morning of a complication of diseases due to her advanced years. She had reached the age of 86 years.
The deceased was born in Indiana county where she was reared and married G. W. Painter, who died two years ago. She came to Cloe about 16 years ago and rounded out a long and useful life. She was a member of the Cloe M. E. Church and a woman who had led a clean and blameless life of Christian service.
She is survived by the following daughters and sons: Mrs. William Holben, Mrs. Bargtreoskeber (sic)..wifea (sic) Joseph Dufall (sic) of Cloe; Mrs. James McAllister and Mrs. Meads (sic) Long of Clarion and John Painter of near Punxsutawney.
Funeral services will be held at the late home of the deceased in Cloe on Saturday afternoon beginning at 2 o'clock and interment made in Oak Lawn cemetery. Rev. Eberhart will officiate.
