Mrs. Clara Kiefer, 84, formerly of Grand Street, Chilton, died at the Calumet Homestead in New Holstein Friday afternoon following a short illness. She had resided there the past year.
Mrs. Kiefer was born in the town of Brothertown June 4, 1886, the daughter of George and Julia Coyhis Baker. She married Adolph Kiefer Jan. 14, 1904 at Appleton and he preceded her in death May 9, 1964.
Surviving her is one sister, Mrs. Della A. Severin, Benton, Ill. One son preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, Chilton, with the Rev. Allen Bowe officiating. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Chilton.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton, until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and at the church from noon until the time of services
