Services for Mrs. Helen Elizabeth Bunger, 68, 1462 Smith Rd., Hamilton, who died Friday afternoon at Mercy Hospital, will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. Third St. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Church. Burial, St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation, 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, including Altar Rosary Society rights at 7 p.m. followed by services by the Women's Auxiliary of St. Cecilia Knights of St. John. Born in Hamilton to Nicholas and Francis Zeis Lagedrost, she was educated in St. Joseph Parochial School. She was married to Charles Bunger in St. Joseph Church. She spent most of her time on the family farm. For many years she maintained a stand in the courthouse market in Hamilton. Mrs. Bunger was a member of the Poor Souls Society, Women of the Moose Chapter 28, charter member of The Eagles Auxiliary 407, Ladies Auxiliary of Knights of Columbus, Notre Dame Tabernacle Society, and St. Cecilia Knights of St. John, serving 12 years as its secretary. She is survived by her husband, Charles; a brother, Charles A. Lagedrost and a sister Mrs. Clifford (Margaret) Ross all of Butler County.
