Margaret F. Ross, age 93, of Hamilton, died at 3:25 p.m. on Monday, April 12th, 1999, at Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy. She was born in Hamilton on April 21, 1905, the daughter of Nicholas and Francis (Zeis) Lagedrost. She was educated in the St. Joseph Catholic School. On April 3, 1929 in Hamilton, Margaret married her husband of over 65 years, Clifford H. Ross and he preceded her in death on June 24, 1994. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and the St. Cecilia's Auxiliary. She is survived by three children, Rita Burns and her husband Richard of Hamilton, Clifford F. Ross and his wife Mary of Oxford, and Clarence Ross and his wife, Jean, of Fountain City, Ind.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded by her parents; a sister, Helen Bunger; and two brothers Charles and Clarence Lagedrost. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday April 16, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, with the Rev. William J. Dorrmann officiating, followed by burial in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Webb Noonan Funeral Home, Ross Ave. at South D street, Hamilton. The family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy or St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
