He leaves to honor his loving memory, son Shawn Benjamin and Kelly Diane Carroll of Smithville, Texas; brothers Homer Jorden, Terry Franklin, and Millard Joe, sisters Mary Eileen McClure, Henrietta Lavon Caudy, Laura Olive Carrico, and Jettie Rose Marie Lindenmuth. Also grandchildren Shelby Benjamin Carroll and Benjamin Dalton Carroll.
Ben was a veteran having served and retired from the United Sates Air Force.
