Funeral services for Emil Alfonso Leus, 80, a long-time resident of Needville, have been set for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Garmany and Company Chapel in Needville, with the Rev. Richard Avery officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn.
Leus, a veteran of World War I, died at his residence in Needville Tuesday.
Survivors include his wife, Ada Leus of Needville; three sons, Hayden Leus of Needville, Norman Leus of Renton, Washington, and Earl Leus of Clear Lake City, Texas; one brother, August Leus of Needville; one sister, Mrs. Lena Schmidt of Verden, Oklahoma; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call by the Garmany and Company Chapel in Needville after 2:30 p.m. today.
