Mrs. Bernadette Kline, 85, Barnesboro R.D. 2, died April 27, 1972, at Miners Hospital, Spangler. Born Jan. 29, 1887, a daughter of Joseph and Isabel (Adams) Dumm.
Preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas; daughter, Bernadette; and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Adam (Margaret) Fees, Albert, Mrs. William (Clara) Hoppel, Mrs. Oscar (Agnes) McAnulty, Mrs. Alfred (Ida) Downey, Mrs. William (Mollie) Krumenacker, Francis, Mrs. Alex (Emily) Kirsch, Gertrude and Louis.
Survived by these children: Alfred, Louis and Earl, all of Carrolltown; Duane, New Castle, Del.; Ruth, wife of Robert Crozk, Indiana, Pa.; and Paul and John, both of Barnesboro R.D. 2; 32 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Viola Lieb and Mrs. Rose Weiland, both of Nicktown.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Altar-Rosary Society, Nicktown.
Friends were received at the Fred J. Stevens Funeral Home, Carrolltown.
Funeral Mass was held on Monday at St. Nicholas' Catholic Church, Nicktown. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
