OBITUARY from Indiana Gazette February 2, 1973 page 17 - MRS. ROSE H. WEILAND 80, Nicktown, died Jan. 31, 1973, at Miners Hospital, Spangler. Born July 20, 1892, in Nicktown, she was the daughter of Joseph and Isabel Adams Dumm. Mrs. Weiland was a member of St Nicholas' Catholic Church Altar Rosary Society. She is survived by husband, Urban A., and two children: Dolores, at home and Francis, Nicktown; 11 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Rube (Viola) Lieb, Nicktown. She was preceded In death by 11 brothers and sisters. Friends will be recieved from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Fred J. Stevens Funeral Home, Carrolltown. Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Nicholas' Catholic Church, Nicktown, the Rev. Richard Gick officiating. Interment will be made in church cemetery.
