Fredrick (Fred) Lockman, 92, of 404 Willow St., died Friday evening, Feb. 21, in Rice County District One Hospital. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Parker-Kohl Funeral Home, Faribault, the Very Rev. Thomas E. Winkler, dean of the Cathedral of Our Merciful Saviour officiating. Interment will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday until the service. Fredrick Lockman, son of William and Serena Nelson Lockman, was born in Northfield Aug. 22, 1893. He married Alma Fihn Aug. 26, 1913, in Faribault. She preceded him in death in 1981. He was in the plumbing business in the Faribault area for many years. He is survived by a son, Gordon Lockman of Faribault; a daughter, Mrs. Julius (Irene) Kurth of Ackley, Iowa; nine grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; severn great-great-grandchildren and other relatives. He was also preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William and Harry and three sisters, Katherine Keuther, Dorothy Duffy and Lillian Thom.
