Robert m. 2nd., July 26, 1840, Ann Scott, b. 1800, Pennsylvania. A Nancy Scott b. 1825, was living with Robert Bevans, Sr., in Elmwood, in 1850 with a daughter Catherine, age 3, b. 1847, Illinois. Assume this Nancy must have been a dau on Ann's first marriage. Robert Bevans d. May 19, 1862, in neighboring Fulton co., Illinois. Ann was still living in 1860 and will assume she survived her husband.
