Ada Prosser, wife of Donald Vrooman, passed to the Great Beyond on Monday morning, July 18, 1932, at 1:30 a.m., of valvular heart trouble at the home of her uncle, Samuel R. Jones, at Fairfield, N.Y., where she had been in poor health for some time.
She was the youngest daughter of Arthur Prosser and Ruby Ashley Prosser and was born in Frankfort, N.Y., on February 18, 1904. She was united in marriage to Donald Vrooman on April 18, 1926. Besides her husband she is survived by her father and mother; one sister, Mrs. Eldin Gage of New Berlin; one brother, Lewis Prosser of Ilion; two nieces and two nephews, besides several aunts and uncles. Nearly all her life was spent in Ilion and New Berlin where a host of friends mourn her passing.
A prayer was held at the home of her uncle in Fairfield and the body was brought to New Berlin where the funeral was held at the Dakin Funeral chapel at 1:30 Thursday, Rev. B.H. Eddy officiated and interment was made in Fairview cemetery.
Dearest daughter, thou has left us

Fairfield, July 18-Mrs. Donald Vrooman died early this morning at the home of her uncle, Samuel Jones of heart disease, where she had been for about three months.
Mrs. Vrooman's maiden name was Ada Belle Prosser. She was the daughter of Arthur and Ruby Ashley Prosser and was born February 18, 1905, in Frankfort. She married Mr. Vrooman April 18, 1926 at New Berlin. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Besides her parents who reside in New Berlin and her uncle, Mr. Jones, she is survived by her sister, Mrs. Martha Gage of New Berlin; a brother, Louis of Ilion, and aunt, Mrs. Lucy Wright, also of New Berlin and two nephews and two nieces. After the funeral Thursday burial will be made in New Berlin.
