Edna A. Reinkober, 411 Park St. Chilton, age 77, died Saturday, Oct. 13 at Calumet Medical Center, Chilton.
She was born Oct. 18, 1912 in Sherwood, daughter of the late Nicholas and Catherine Gosz Schomisch. She married Vincent G. Reinkober June 23, 1932 in Marinette. She was a graduate of Kaukauna Normal School in 1931.
She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Mary’s Catholic Church Chilton, the Christian Mothers, St. Mary’s Mission Society, Daughters of Isabella, the Germanians and the Calumet Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by nine children and their spouses; James and Helen, Kenosha; Robert and Donna, St. Paul, Minnesota; Barbara and Jerome Smits, De Pere; Carole and Patrick Wood, Green Bay; Mary and Burton Bostwick, Arlington, Virginia; Col. Thomas and Pam, Ballwin, Missouri; Paul and Dayle, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Kathryn and LeRoy Vissers, De Pere; Mark and Anne, Cleveland, Ohio; 21 grandchildren, a great granddaughter, two brothers-in-law; John H. Reinkober, Chilton; and Peter Schmidt, Hilbert.
Her husband preceded her in death Dec. 17, 1986. Also preceding her in death were two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services were Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton with the Rev. Robert Casper SDS officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
