He was born/baptized in Hundsbach, Bad Kreuznach District, Rhineland-Palatinate. Citing Miles Philbeck. "The Families of Michel Heÿel of Jeckenbach and Ulrich Müller of Hundsbach," Bulletin of The Genealogical Society of Old Tryon County, vol. 39, no. 1 (Feb 2011): page 4, citing Reformed Church records for Hundsbach, page 6. I've tried but failed to read the original German Script on microfilm.
The problem here is that he died bef. 2 Aug 1763 (viz, d.1761) when there was notice of his estate sale. Citing Lorena Shell Eaker, compiler.
