RE: Who is Lance?
I assumed that. Did you know my family? Parents?

You have contributed so many photos to memorials on the site I have to ask where do you locate the photos ? Some seem to personal like they have come out of a family photo album.

Sorry to intrude
However You left a floral on:

The one that it should be on is:

There is a very irate man that insist that the first memorial will
be deleted.

RE: Flower
Do you have a connection? I was so surprised as nobody remembers my father any more. He died in 1953, but it it still so sad. My mother refuses to talk about him.

Thank you
Thank you Lance for honoring 1LT David Mark Pimple on Mother's Day. You know, when that dreadful accident occurred, were the same age, 25. I was horrified and felt a sense of shock that it could have even been possible.

Dave went through a lot of effort to become a USNA pilot. He attended the Naval Academy first, a major in political science. The was accepted by marines and their flight program.

He had just settled on his first home when this accident occurred and I read a news article quoting his new neighbor who mentioned how nice and polite he was and that she felt bad that he never had a chance to live in his new house.

But over the years, with his age at the time of passing and my age now, I have come to see Dave as a mother would. So appropriate that you left him a flag on Mother's Day and thank you very much.

Also, those military headstone are not personalized and they don't even get to quote such simple remembrances such as "beloved son, brother and friend, which he very much was."

Thank you again for leaving a flag for him on Mothers Day, Karen
