My Family names are Wilson, Terry, Reid/Reed, Beaupre/Bopra, Guild, Betsch/Batsch/Batch, and Chemelli. Areas of interest are Ontario, Michigan, Washington State, British Columbia, Northern Italy and Bessarabia.
I have been doing my family genealogies for the past 10 years. Last fall (2010) I went on a major road trip to Michigan and meet some 3rd cousins and spent a week travelling the back roads of Sanilac County visiting the small villages and the cemeteries in Marion, Bridgehampton and Washington Townships. From there I made my way to Ontario to the New Market Area and the Village of Sharon, then to Leeds County, spending time at Gananoque researching family at the Library there, with side trips to the surrounding cemeteries and communities.
I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
