I corrected your mother's name and transferred Bessie's memorial to you. Family should be with family.

That's O.K., didn't hurt to ask. Thanks for all you do! I've made several thousand marker pictures but just turned 80, so a bit difficult to get down on my knees (even more difficult to get up again!) )

Maureen, you wouldn't happen to be related to either family, would you? Agnes Wilger or spouse Leonard Fletcher?

|C. Hatcher||61730842 Lillie Mae Vandergriff|
The birth and death info for Lillie is not correct. Her family never resided in Hamblen. She was born in 1892 and died before 1908. She was my great aunt. Her parents were Ulysses S. Grant Vandergriff 173353521 and Mary Brouayer (often misspelled as Brewer/Brewyer/Bronager etc...)Vandergriff 61730901. Her brother William James Vandergriff 99465168 is at Beason as well but the wrong parents have been listed for him. He was my grandfather. Etta Ann Evans Vandergriff 99465486 was her father's second wife. I believer that George Vandergriff b 1890 d 1890 is also at Beason. He was the child of Ulysses SGV and Mary V as well and sibling of Lillie Mae and William.
Also, it appears that she is listed in the cemetery twice. 99467032 "Lilliema" Vandergriff is the way Lillie Mae's broken tombstone reads in the photo. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or need clarifications. I appreciate your time. Thank you!

|Shelly Rhodes ||RE: Almedia Witter|
Hi, thank you very much. It's been over a year at least since I've worked on my genealogy. I live in TX and most of the info I've gone by is Ancestry.com and a book about the Descendants of a William Witter. It's possibly that I got something wrong or criss-crossed. I appreciate you contacting me and letting me know you found it. This may what I need to get back in it with a fresh mind. I think there may be 2 Almedias in the family. Bless you and have a great day!

This headstone is actually for 2 people not 1. The headstone reads
Joyce & Jacquelyn Morgan
I had this headstone placed several years ago in memory of my moms twin sisters. They were still born at birth. So there actually should be 2 memorials. If you could add one for Joyce Morgan that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for finding and taking a photo of the gravestone for Benjamin M. Burdick at the Hopkinton Cemetery. It is so dark and warn, it was probably hard to find and read.
Thank you for your care in getting a photo and posting it.
