Frank A. Rettle, 46 years old, proprietor of a saloon at West Main street and the Southern crossing, died at his home, Main and 60th streets at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

He was born in Belleville March 7, 1876, and was married 22 years ago to Magdalena Worms.

Surviving are his widow and the following children:

Clifford
Lauretta
Valera
Raymond
Elmer
Charles
Doris

... also one brother and two sisters:
Joseph Rettle
Rosie Lawton
Annie Cook

He was a member of the Knights of Pythias and Good Samaritans. The funeral will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday from the home to Walnut Hill Cemetery.
